How to Draw a Bulldog

The Bulldog is a medium-sized dog with a dense build, strong limbs, a strong neck, a broad head with symmetrical skin folds. You can see all the distinguishing features of this dog breed in the figure.
Bulldog has several varieties of the breed, and each subspecies has its own characteristics. However, in general, we can say that the bulldog is a good companion, bodyguard, and friend.
All bulldogs are characterized by such qualities as stubbornness, physical strength, moderate activity and courage.

How to Draw a Bulldog
- Draw the head.
The head has a rounded upper part and two large skin folds in the lower part.
- Depict the nose and lower jaw.
Detail the lower part of the head and add the large nose and the rounded lower jaw.
- Add the rest of the elements of the head.
With the help of two ovals draw the eyes, add small hanging ears.
- Draw the upper body.
Depict smooth lines down from the head and add the inner outline of the front paws.
- Sketch out the bottom of the front paws.
With the help of smooth rounded lines, draw the front paws and add the fingers.
- Add the lower body and one hind paw.
Draw a smooth curved line between the front paws and add the hind paw on the side.
- Depict the second hind paw and toes.
On the other side of the torso, draw the second hind paw and add the fingers.
- Sketch out the tail.
Add the short tail to the side of the body.
- Color the bulldog.
Use brown, black and add highlights to the eyes.
