So, I have prepared for you this great drawing lesson in which I will tell and show you how to draw a cartoon owl step by step. Any novice artist or child can easily cope with the implementation of this lesson. When drawing a cartoon owl, you can practice drawing geometric shapes such as circles and arcs.
Owls are birds of prey. These feathered predators prefer to hunt at night. Owls can be found on almost every continent. The bird’s head seems large due to the dense plumage, giving it rounded shapes. The color of owls is always camouflaged, discreet. Black spots, speckles, stripes are scattered on the main gray-brown background. From a distance, they merge with the surrounding background, and at dusk it is impossible to see the birdsโthe camouflage color is its advantage.
Owls have sharp and long claws, which are characterized by curvature, like the beak of this bird. The beak ends with a peculiar small hook, with the help of which the owl makes peculiar sounds similar to clicking. Regardless of the species, the owl is distinguished by the presence of fairly large eyes looking forward. It is believed that owls do not distinguish colors and see the world around them in black and white.
