This drawing lesson is dedicated to depicting a character that many of you are familiar with. Also, this lesson will help you practice portraying people, as well as their facial features and facial expressions. The ability to depict various emotions on the face of a person or character is very important for any artist.
One Punch Man is a Japanese manga and webcomic. The main character, nicknamed One Punch Man, is the strongest character in the series. He faces an existential crisis, as he is now too powerful to get any thrill from the battle. He initially pursued heroism as a hobby, later registering as a professional hero with the Hero Association when he realized that no one recognized him as a hero. In the Association of Heroes, he is given the name of the hero Bald Cloak. The character appears as an ordinary bald man with a lean but well-built build, of average height and weight. His eyes are dark brown.
Please note that the Odin Punch Man that you will draw with this instruction is depicted in a cartoon style. Thus, his head looks quite large in relation to the size of his body. The finished drawing will turn out to be quite cute and funny. How to Draw One Punch Man
- Draw the outline of the head of the One Punch Man.
To complete this step, you need to draw a deformed oval using a curved line.
- Add the facial features of the character.
Draw the eyes, eyebrows, and mouth inside the outline of the head.
- Sketch out the ears of the One Punch Man.
On the sides of the head, draw two symmetrical ears using incomplete ovals of the same size.
- Depict the upper body of the character.
Below the head, draw the upper parts of the arms and the outline of the suit using curved lines.
- Add the outline of the character’s costume.
Now you should draw the character’s long cape using curved and wavy lines.
- Draw decorative elements to the costume.
Add two circles of different sizes, some straight lines, and two arcs at the top of the torso.
- Start drawing the legs of the character.
Below the torso, depict two symmetrical legs using curved lines of different lengths.
- Depict the shoes and gloves to the character.
Draw symmetrical gloves on the hands using curved lines, draw boots at the bottom of the legs.
- Color the drawing.
To color the One Punch Man, use beige, shades of gray, purple, and mustard.
