How to Draw a Car Very Easily

Cars are very complex devices, but in this tutorial, I will show you how to draw a car very easily.

Cars were invented back in the late 19th century. Since then, these vehicles have become many hundreds of times more powerful, have changed their appearance many times, and have become incomparably better in terms of comfort and convenience.

Earlier, I showed you how to draw a car. This instruction has a slightly different sequence of actions in the stage. So try to study both guides on how to draw a car.

Step 1

Draw a long horizontal line first. This will be the bottom edge of the vehicle.

Step 2

Now, using a smooth, curved line, depict the hood on the left side.

Step 3

Now, using a very long and smooth line, draw the roof, smoothly merging into the tail.

Step 4

At the upper part of the body, depicture a window frame using one straight and one curved line.

Step 5

Draw the center pillar in the middle of the window frame. Draw the windshield.

Step 6

Now draw the doors. Please note that the front and rear doors have different shapes.

Step 7

Draw the wheel arches using two semicircular lines.

Step 8

Depict wheels inside the wheel arches. They must be the same size and shape.

Step 9

Draw rims inside the wheels. They look like circles inscribed in each other.

Step 10

Now depict such integral parts of the car as headlights and handles.

Step 11

A very simple stage where you need to depict a small rear-view mirror.

Step 12

Paint your car drawing some pretty colors. I painted the body and taillight red, the headlight yellow, the windows light blue, and the wheels in shades of gray.

To make your car drawing even more awesome, try using shadows and some highlights on the glass.
