- Pencil

How to Draw a Raven
- Draw the outline of the raven’s head and back.
Depict a straight line diagonally and fold its top edge as shown.
- Finish drawing the outline of the raven’s body.
Continue drawing using straight and curved lines to draw the belly and tail.
- Sketch out the eye of the raven.
To draw the raven’s eye, you will need to add one oval at the top of the previously drawn torso.
- Depict the raven’s beak.
The bird’s beak looks pointed. To depict this, use two arcs, as shown in the picture.
- Add the upper parts of the legs.
Below the previously drawn torso, draw two curved lines as shown.
- Continue drawing the legs of the crow.
Now you should add straight lines and angles to depict the bent legs of the bird.
- Finish drawing the legs of the raven.
At the ends of the straight lines previously drawn, add curved lines to draw the toes and feet.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Before you start coloring the picture, remove the auxiliary lines with the eraser.
- Color the drawing.
To color the raven, use gray and black. Don’t forget to add the highlights to the bird’s eye.
