How to Draw a Rottweiler

The Rottweiler is black with brown markings. This dog is distinguished by great strength and endurance. The Rottweiler is a working breed and can be used as a shepherd, guard, bodyguard, or companion.

How to Draw a Rottweiler
- Draw the head and torso.
Depict the head in the same shape as in the example and then add the torso.
- Start drawing the elements of the muzzle.
Draw the eyes in an oval shape and draw the nose approximately in the middle of the head.
- Depict the mouth.
From the nose, draw downward curved lines and draw the large mouth and protruding tongue.
- Add the rest of the elements of the head.
Draw the spots above the eyes, add the ears and outline where the fur color will differ.
- Draw the front paws.
Below the torso draw two front paws at some distance from each other.
- Depict the hind legs.
The hind legs have a wide base and taper downwards.
- Add the tail and detail the color.
Depict the tail and with jagged lines mark the outline where the color of the fur will differ.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Correct the mistakes if necessary and remove the extra lines in your drawing.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, you will need dark gray, brown, black, and pink.
