In this drawing lesson, I want to share with you instructions on how to draw an easy plane step by step. A plane is a vehicle with wings and one or more engines, which can fly through the air. Have you ever flown in a plane? I think you have seen this type of air vehicle many times. Planes come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and wing configurations. The broad spectrum of uses for airplanes includes recreation, transportation of goods and people, military, and research.
Using this lesson, you will depict the view of the plane from above as it is depicted flying. To complete this simple tutorial, you need to be able to draw curved and straight lines. I hope that you will do a great job and that you won’t have any difficulties while drawing.

How to Draw an Easy Plane
- Start drawing the main part of the plane.
To complete this step you have to draw two straight lines of the same length.
- Add an outline of the back of the plane.
Connect the bottom ends of the two previously drawn lines with the curved line.
- Draw the front of the plane.
Connect the ends of the two straight lines drawn in the first step by using a curved line.
- Start drawing the wings of the plane.
On the right and left sides of the main part of the plane add symmetrical straight lines.
- Complete the outline of the wings of the plane.
Connect the straight lines with lines rounded at the ends and add the outlines of the turbines.
- Start drawing the tail of the plane.
At the bottom of the plane add two identical straight lines pointing in different directions.
- Complete the drawing of the tail of the plane.
Add two straight lines to the back of the plane and connect them to the previously drawn lines.
- Draw the window of the plane.
At the front of the plane depict the window using arches and straight lines.
- Color the drawing.
To color this plane you should use different shades of blue.
