Distinctive features of the Doberman are a beautiful silhouette, a strong back, an oval-shaped chest, strong muscular limbs, a wedge-shaped head, high-set and erect ears. You see these features in the drawing, and you have to depict them in your drawing.

How to Draw a Doberman
- Draw the head.
The top of the head is broader, while the bottom is narrow and flat.
- Depict the ears.
Draw two pointed ears on the top of the head, while maintaining symmetry.
- Add elements of the muzzle.
Sketch out the eyes, brow blemishes and nose.
- Draw the rest of the elements of the head.
From the nose, draw smooth curved lines to the sides and draw the mouth below.
- Depict the torso.
Add a smooth line from the head and add the small rectangular torso.
- Sketch out the front paws.
Draw two vertical lines and add the lower parts of the paws.
- Draw the hind legs.
Add two identical hind legs on the sides of the body in the same position as in the example.
- Correct inaccuracies.
With the eraser, remove all unnecessary lines and correct the mistakes.
