How to Draw a Lime

Now I want to bring to our attention an interesting lesson in which I will show you how to draw a lime step by step. It is the fruit of a plant in the citrus family. Lime fruits grow on a low tree with a dense crown, and the branches have short spines. The homeland of this plant is Asia, and now this tree grows in almost all countries with a tropical climate.
Lime is very similar to lemon, because lime fruits have the same ovoid shape with tapered edges. The lime tastes just as sour as the lemon. But unlike lemon, lime has a thinner and harder peel, its flesh is more juicy and the lime has a green tint. The aroma of lime peel is more intense than that of lemon, so lime is widely used in cooking to add flavor and acidity to dishes.

How to Draw a Lime
- Draw the base.
With a jagged line, draw the outer outline of the lime, which has an oval shape.
- Depict one end of the lime.
On the left side, draw the convex outline and add the small short process.
- Add the other end of the lime.
On the right side, draw the convex end, as shown in the example.
- Detail the surface.
At the top and bottom of the lime, add short, thin strokes.
- Correct inaccuracies.
With the eraser, remove all extra lines in your drawing.
- Color the drawing.
