How to Draw a Princess Dress
- Draw the bodice.
Be careful at this stage and try to correctly depict the outer contour of the bodice.
- Add the sleeves and detail the bodice.
On the sides, add two short sleeves and draw a straight vertical line in the center of the bodice.
- Depict the outline of the bottom of the dress.
From the waist, add down lines and use an uneven line to draw the bottom contour of the dress.
- Sketch out the petticoat.
Carefully draw a wavy line along the bottom of the dress.
- Draw the frills.
Below the waist, add two large frills using wavy and curved lines.
- Add the folds.
Depict the folds on the dress with a few thin lines.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Look carefully at your drawing and correct the mistakes if necessary.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, use different shades of blue.
