With the help of a clear and accessible instruction, you will learn how to draw an easy gorilla step by step. The lesson includes only eight steps, each of which is visualized and supplemented with a small hint.
The gorilla is the largest of all primates. The gorilla looks very formidable, but at the same time it is harmless and can harm a person only in rare cases. The gorilla can stand up and walk on its hind legs, but usually walks on all fours. In this lesson, you see a small gorilla in just such a position.

How to Draw an Easy Gorilla
- Draw the head and torso.
Depict the head that has a rounded shape, and draw the small torso at the bottom.
- Add elements of the muzzle.
Depict the eyes in the form of ovals and add the mouth. Add the nostrils and the top of the nose.
- Depict the ears and add the outline of the muzzle.
On the sides of the head draw the ears. Sketch out the outline of the front of the muzzle.
- Draw the front paws.
In the lower part of the torso draw two short paws and with the help of strokes add the fingers.
- Sketch out the back paw.
Draw a smooth line from the back of the body and depict the hind leg. Add the fingers.
- Add the rest of the elements.
With the help of curved lines depict the inside of the ear and add the small eyebrows.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Correct the mistakes if necessary and carefully remove all unnecessary lines in the drawing.
- Color the drawing.
To color the gorilla, you will need different shades of gray, as well as black.
