Frog Prince is a very interesting and unusual character, that looks like a frog, but in reality, it is not an animal, but a real enchanted prince who was turned into a frog by a witch’s magic.
This character is world-famous and many cartoons, movies have been made about it, and also many fairy tales have been written.
At the end of the story of the Frog Prince, this character is turned into a prince again, thanks to the princess.

How to draw the Frog Prince step by step
- Sketch the basic frog head outline.
To start the drawing, build the main part of the frog’s body, drawing a wide horizontal oval in the center of your paper. This simple shape will serve as the frog’s large head. Drawing the frog head, keep your lines light and even.
- Add the oval for the frog body.
Once the head is ready, it’s time to show where the frog’s body sits. Draw a smaller oval below and overlapping the lower edge of the first one. Frogs have very small and round bodies, even if they are a prince at heart, so keep that in mind when sketching the amphibian torso.
- Draw the Frog Prince eyes and pupils.
Frogs have large, round eyes that stand out, so in this step, sketch two circles at the top of the upper oval. Make them about the same size. Inside each circle, add a smaller one to indicate the pupils. You can shift the pupils toward the center to make the frog look forward, or change their position.
- Add the crown at top of the head.

- Detail the frog legs.
