How to Draw a Hurricane

Sketch out some more smooth rounded lines.
- Depict the bottom of the hurricane.
Use jagged lines to draw the bottom part.

Draw a few more rounded lines at the top of the hurricane.
- Check the drawing.
Correct inaccuracies if necessary.
- Color the hurricane.
