How to Draw a Cartoon Fish

Draw the torso.
Add two rounded lines to depict the upper and lower torso outline.
Depict an eye.
Sketch out a large, even oval.
Draw the pupil and gills.
Depict a small circle inside the eye. Draw two rounded lines in the middle of the body.
Sketch out the lips.
With smooth rounded lines draw the upper and lower lip.
Add the top fin.
With the help of smooth lines draw the pointed fin on the back.
Draw the bottom fin.
In the lower part of the torso, draw the fin of the same shape as in the example.
