How to Draw a Chinchilla
- Draw the outline of the torso.
With the help of smooth lines, depict a figure that looks like the pear.
- Add elements of the muzzle.
Draw two eyes in the shape of an oval, and sketch out the nose and mouth.
- Depict the ears.
With smooth lines, draw two ears on the crown, while maintaining symmetry.
- Draw the mustache and the lower outline of the muzzle.
Add the strokes on the sides and with a curved line mark the lower contour of the muzzle.
- Sketch out the front paws.
Below the head, depict two short front legs using curved lines.
- Depict the hind legs.
At the very bottom, draw the visible part of the hind legs.
- Sketch out the tail.
On the side, depict the fluffy tail that is raised up.
- Detail the color.
On the belly, mark the outline where the color of the fur will differ.
- Color the drawing.
You will need black for the eyes and any shades of gray for the fur.
