How to Draw a Frog
Hello dear novice artists and welcome to Howtodrawforkids.com, where I will show you how to draw a frog for kids. This lesson I made specifically for beginning artists, emphasizing all the new lines in red so that the beginning artist does not get confused in the lines and details.
Step 1
Let’s first take the pencil in our hands and draw such a circle – this will be the head of our nice frog.
Step 2
At the top of the circle, which we drew in the previous step, we will outline the big eyes of the frog.
Step 3
A very easy step – just draw two semicircles. This will be the body of our frog.
Step 4
Now we need to try a little – draw long arms with very long froggy fingers.
Step 5
Now draw the legs and long toes. Note that the toes should also be very long.
Step 6
Another very simple step – draw a large froggy mouth and two nostrils using simple dots.
Step 7
Now it’s time to erase, but you only need to erase unnecessary guidelines, as in my example. Also here it is necessary to draw pupils and glare in them.
Step 8
You can leave your lovely frog drawing in black and white, or paint over it. Paint the body green and the belly and chin in yellow.
In real life, frogs are not the most beautiful and cute creatures, but in our lesson on how to draw a frog for kids, we were able to portray a very nice and cartoon version of this green creature.
