How to Draw a Tire

So, before you is a simple instruction on how to draw a tire step by step. This is a great drawing object. If you master this lesson, then in the future you will easily draw other, more complex objects of a round shape.
This tutorial includes six simple steps, each of which is demonstrated and supplemented with a small hint for your convenience. In the picture you see a conventional car tire in a vertical position.
In this lesson, you will once again train your spatial imagination. The acquired skills will come in handy when you want to draw the whole car. Now take all the necessary art supplies and get to work.
Materials
- Pencil
- Paper
- Eraser
- Coloring supplies
Time needed: 30 minutes
How to Draw a Tire
- Draw the inner outline.
Determine the size of your drawing and draw an even oval.
- Add the side outline.
Step back a little to the left and draw a smooth, curved line.
- Depict the top and bottom outline.
Draw smooth connecting lines at the top and bottom of the picture.
- Sketch out the tire thickness.
At this stage, draw another even oval inside the tire.
- Draw the back of the tire.
With the help of two curved lines, depict the part of the tire that is located further from us.
- Detail the surface of the tire.
Depict several smooth lines along the side contours of the tire.
- Add the pattern.
Sequentially draw short lines to depict the pattern, as in my example.
- Color the drawing.
For coloring, you will need different shades of gray.
