How to Draw an Autumn Leaf
- Draw the petiole of the autumn leaf.
To complete this step, you should draw a short straight and curved line.
- Start drawing the outline of the autumn leaf.
On the right and left sides of the previously drawn petiole, draw several arcs and curved lines.
- Add the side edges of the leaf.
From the ends of the drawn arcs, draw a few more arcs of different sizes, as shown in the figure.
- Finish drawing the outline of the autumn leaf.
Now you should draw a few more arcs to connect the ends of the drawn arcs and petiole.
- Add the veins to the leaf.
To make the autumn leaf look more realistic, add lots of thin curved lines inside it.
- Color the drawing.
To color the autumn leaf, use orange and brown.
