- Pencil
- Paper
- Eraser
- Coloring supplies
Time needed: 30 minutes.
How to Draw Bird Wings
- Draw the top of the wings.
Determine the size of the wings and draw two symmetrical lines.
- Depict the bottom of the wings.
Continuing to draw the outline of the wings, add two more rounded lines at the bottom.
- Add the outer outline of one wing.
On one side, depict a curly outline using a series of rounded lines.
- Add the outer contour of the second wing.
Repeat the previous step and draw the outer outline of the second wing using rounded lines.
- Depict the inner outline of the wings.
On each wing, draw smooth lines of the same size and shape.
- Detail the plumage.
Draw wavy lines on each wing.
- Add details.
Sketch out additional wavy lines on each wing.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Erase extra lines, correct inaccuracies if necessary, and make the outline clearer.
- Color the bird wings.
Use the lightest shade of gray.
