How to draw a banker step by step
- Outline the basic shape of the banker.
To set up the basic structure, draw two connected shapes for the head and body of the banker. First, draw the head as a simple oval. Below it, outline a longer oval or a rounded rectangle for the torso. The head in this simple version should be slightly larger. You can make the torso wider or slimmer depending on whether you want your banker to look more youthful or more mature.

- Illustrate the simple facial expression.
Sketch two short curved lines for the eyebrows, and below them draw the eyes as two small ovals. Sketch a tiny triangle-like nose and a curved smile below the eyes. These features should be simple and symmetrical. You may position the facial features slightly differently to create any other facial expression.

- Add the neat haircut and ears.
Now, draw the hair of the banker forming a smooth curved line over the top of the head, then add a sweeping fringe that points to the side. Extend the hair behind the head and sketch two small semicircles for the ears. You can vary the hairstyle by changing the direction of the parting or making it shorter or longer.

- Draw the jacket and tie of the banker.
To indicate the banker’s occupation, draw the formal clothing. Sketch the wide collar of a shirt beneath the head, and between the collars, draw a tie using two triangle shapes and a narrow strip. Next, outline the suit jacket with straight lines descending from the shoulders, adding lapels that form a V-shape at the chest. Draw pockets and buttons to complete the jacket details.

- Sketch the jacket sleeves and hands.
Extend the banker’s figure by sketching both arms along the sides of the torso. Draw smooth, rounded sleeves ending with small hands. You can draw the hands as basic shapes or in more detail, adding fingers and even nails.

- Draw the banker’s legs and shoes.
Complete the lower part of the figure by illustrating the pants and shoes. From the bottom of the torso, draw two straight legs with a small gap between them. Add simple oval shapes for the shoes at the base. The shoes can be outlined with rounded toes or squared ends.

- Illustrate a briefcase in the hand.
To give context to the banker’s profession, sketch a rectangular briefcase beside one hand. To do this, draw a horizontal rectangle with a small handle connecting it to the banker’s right hand. As a variation, you could replace the briefcase with a tablet, clipboard, or folder if you want a modern office worker instead of a traditional banker.

- Clean up the banker drawing.
Clean the banker drawing by erasing the construction lines and overlaps that were used to build the figure. Remove extra strokes around the head, shoulders, and hands to make the outline neat. Strengthen the final contours with smooth, confident pencil lines. Check the symmetry of the facial features.

- Color the bank worker drawing.
Add color to complete the cartoon banker illustration. To do this, you can use light brown for the hair, a beige or light peach tone for the skin, and shades of gray or navy for the suit. The tie can be red, while the briefcase looks best in darker brown.

Easy Banker Drawing Tutorial
To sketch a bank worker in this style, construct the head with soft, rounded lines. Outline the hairstyle with sharp but smooth curves.
Add the torso in a triangular shape. Draw simple arms and legs with minimal detail. Illustrate the suit elements like the collar, lapels, and tie with straight, confident lines.
When the outline is complete, refine the facial features, draw the glasses, and fill the suit with dark tones to create a color scheme typical of a formal banker drawing.
