How to Draw a Poppy Flower
- Draw the outline of the petal.
To do this, depict a curved line on the left side.
- Add another petal.
Draw another wavy line on the right side to the previously drawn curved line.
- Depict the next petal.
This petal looks small because part of it is covered by the petals painted earlier.
- Sketch out two more petals.
These two petals will also be in the background.
- Add another petal.
Draw the petal at the bottom of the poppy. To do this, depict a long, curved line.
- Depict the poppy blossoms.
In the center of the flower, sketch out a circle and many dots around it.
- Add the outlines of the petals.
On each of the previously drawn poppy petals, add small, curved lines.
- Draw the stem of the flower.
Sketch out two long, curved lines. Draw the stem thin.
- Color the drawing.
Use red, green, and brown to color this beautiful poppy flower.
