How to Draw a Reptile
In this tutorial, I will show you how to draw a reptile. I hope that any novice artist can easily cope with this lesson.
So, in this drawing lesson, you will learn how to draw a reptile. This is a terrestrial vertebrate. Reptiles include snakes, lizards, crocodiles, turtles and some other animals. Ancient giant dinosaurs are also reptiles. Reptiles usually have dry, scaly skin. Reptiles breathe with lungs, these animals are cold-blooded and depend on the ambient temperature.
As an example, I decided to choose a lizard. This reptile has a flexible and mobile body, a long tail, short legs that are widely spaced, each limb has small fingers. Try to depict all these features in your drawing.
The coloration of lizards is varied and usually harmonizes well with the environment. For example, desert dwellers are light in color, and lizards that live on dark rocks are dark with brown and brown spots. Many lizards are green, which allows them to camouflage well in green grass.
