Anglers spend most of their lives at the very bottom, where they burrow into silt or sand. Anglerfish are widespread in the cold waters of the Atlantic and Antarctic oceans. On the head of females there is a small process with a fleshy appendage resembling a fishing rod with a float, thanks to which the fish got such an unusual name.
By learning how to draw an anglerfish, you can easily depict this as the main object of your drawing, and also complement your picture with it if you want to draw the underwater world and its inhabitants. How to Draw an Anglerfish
- Draw the outline of the body of the anglerfish.
To complete this step, you need to use one long, curved line as shown.
- Add the eye of the anglerfish.
Inside the outline of the torso previously drawn, draw one slanted oval at the top of the figure.
- Depict the anglerfish teeth.
This fish has many large, sharp teeth. To draw this, use straight lines.
- Add an element at the top of the body of the anglerfish.
At the top of the torso, depict the element using two curved lines of different sizes and circle.
- Sketch out the fin of the anglerfish.
On the left side of the previously drawn element, depict one fin using arcs and curved lines.
- Draw the gills and fins of the anglerfish.
Add one arc inside the contour of the torso, and also add two fins at the bottom of the torso.
- Depict the tail of the anglerfish.
At the back of the torso, draw the small tail using arcs and curved lines.
- Correct inaccuracies.
To prepare the drawing for coloring, you should use the eraser and remove the extra lines.
- Color the drawing.
To color the anglerfish, you should use different shades of purple, pink, and black.
