How to Draw a Kitten Step by Step
- Draw the outlines of the head of the kitten’s torso.
Add the head and body in the form of two figures, similar to a slightly deformed circle and oval.
- Add the kitten’s eyes.
Draw the eyes inside the previously drawn outline of the head as two ovals of different sizes.
- Depict the kitten’s nose and mouth.
Draw the small nose in the form of a triangle and the mouth in the form of two short lines.
- Sketch out the kitten’s ears.
At the top of the head draw two ears using long and short curved lines as shown.
- Draw the contours of the front paws of the kitten.
At the bottom of the torso, draw two curved lines of different lengths, as shown.
- Depict the kitten’s back paw and add the whiskers on the face.
At the back of the torso, draw one curved line and add six smaller lines on the sides of the head.
- Add the kitten’s tail.
On the right side of the kitten’s torso, draw the tail using a short and long curved line.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Now use the eraser to remove unnecessary auxiliary lines.
- Color the drawing.
Use yellow, black and pink to color the kitten. Don’t forget to add the highlights to the eyes.
