How to Draw a Turkey Step by Step
- Draw the head and torso.
In this lesson, the head, neck, and torso are one object.
- Depict the eyes.
At the top of the head draw two oval-shaped eyes.
- Sketch out the beak.
With smooth lines draw the beak, which has a curved shape and consists of two parts.
- Add the fold of the skin on the throat.
Under the beak, draw the long fold that hangs down freely.
- Draw the paws.
At the bottom of the body draw the paws, which have long toes.
- Depict the wing.
Add the wing using a smooth line and a jagged line draw the upper outline of the wing.
- Sketch out the tail.
Draw the wide tail with smooth lines and add many transverse lines on it.
- Correct inaccuracies.
Take the eraser and carefully remove all extra lines. Correct errors if necessary.
- Color the drawing.
