How to Draw Sonic the Hedgehog Running
In this lesson I show you how to draw Sonic the Hedgehog running. This guide includes nine steps that you can easily follow with a few tips.
I decided to dedicate this lesson to drawing a popular character, and now you will learn how to draw Sonic the Hedgehog running. Sonic the Hedgehog is the main character in a series of video games and comics, books, cartoons, and feature films created on its basis.
Sonic the Hedgehog has large needles on his head and back, very large hands and large boots on his feet. Thanks to these proportions, the hedgehog has an unusual and funny look.
In this lesson, you will draw Sonic in motion.
Try to correctly depict the position of the arms and legs. If all the art supplies are already at hand, then you can get to work.

Time needed: 30 minutes
How to Draw Sonic the Hedgehog Running
- Draw the bottom of the muzzle.
Using a few smooth lines, depict the front of the muzzle, the small nose and mouth.
- Depict the eyes.
Draw two large eyes and add the skin folds above the eyes.
- Add the top of the head.
Draw two pointed ears and add some large needles at the back of the head.
- Sketch out the upper body.
Add needles on the back, draw part of the torso and part of the arm.
- Draw the hand.
Depict the large glove and the fingers clenched into the fist.
- Add the lower part of the torso.
Depict the belly and legs in the same position as in the example.
- Start drawing the shoes.
Draw the upper part of the boots and add the straps.
- Add the rest of the shoes.
Sketch out the main part of the boot and add the sole.
- Color the drawing.
