How to Draw the Liberty Bell
I invite all beginner artists to a new drawing lesson, in which I will show in detail how to draw the Liberty Bell.
Now you will get useful drawing skills and learn how to draw the Liberty Bell. This bell is located in Philadelphia. First, I will talk a little about this historical landmark, and then you will begin the lesson.
So, the Liberty Bell is a symbol of the American struggle for independence from Great Britain. The ringing of this bell called the inhabitants to a public reading of the Declaration of Independence. The bell has a large size and is made of an alloy of various metals.
During the test strike, the bell broke, so it was restored, but the crack still remained, and you can see it in the picture. Now the Liberty Bell is available for public viewing and there are always many people who want to see it.

How to Draw the Liberty Bell
- Draw the outer outline of the bell.
The bell has a narrow base and gradually expands downwards. Keep symmetry in this step.
- Depict the tongue.
Add the visible part of the tongue at the bottom of the bell.
- Sketch out the top of the bell.
With curved lines draw the upper part, for which the bell is hung on the yoke.
- Add the collar.
Depict the collar that has a rectangular shape and a curved edge at the bottom.
- Detail the surface of the bell.
Draw several parallel lines at the top and bottom of the bell.
- Draw the stirrup elements.
Depict small elements at the top of the yoke and on the sides.
- Sketch out the mount and crack.
Add the fasteners for the bell and depict the uneven crack.
- Color the Liberty Bell.
For coloring, use beige and brown.
