How to Draw a Leaf on a Tree
- Start drawing the tree branch.
To complete this simple step, you only need to depict one curved line.
- Add the top part of the tree branch.
Above the previously drawn curved line, add a few more lines to depict the forks.
- Start drawing the sheet.
At the bottom of the branch you drew earlier, depict a single curved line.
- Add the top of the sheet.
On both sides of the previously drawn curved line, draw two symmetrical curved lines.
- Depict the bottom of the sheet.
Connect the ends of the two previously drawn lines at one point using two curved lines.
- Sketch out the veins.
Inside the leaf you’ve drawn, add some thin, broken, curved lines.
- Color the drawing.
To color a leaf on a tree, you should use green and brown.
